The Beaver hip bone is used as a map of a hunting area.  The large hole represents the lake, the rim represents the shore, and the joint hole represents a beaver house.

The object of the game is to ‘catch the beaver’. While holding the beaver bone in one hand and the other with a pointing finger, swing both hands up over your head and try to poke your finger into the joint hole. If you get it in the beaver house you caught the beaver! If not, TRY AGAIN.
