Cree Traditional Feast – Making Bannock

The John R. Delaney Youth Centre organized a traditional feast on May 23, 2015. The purpose of the feast was to teach the community’s youth in Moose Factory how to prepare and roast goose in a sabtuan, and to also prepare bannock and cook it over the open fire. This video demonstrates making bannock. It was great to see the whole community involved in the process.
